Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return request policy, which means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

  • The item is in resaleable condition

  • All original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@asbeautyandhealth.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.


Change of Mind Returns

Returns due to change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer needing the product

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Ingredient similarity concerns

are accepted only if the item is unopened and unused.

Return shipping costs are not covered for change-of-mind returns.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Opened personal care or beauty products

  • Food or ingestible products once opened

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

These exclusions apply unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, please place a new order for the desired item once the return has been received and approved.


Refunds

Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to partially refund or refuse refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.
