Provides vitamin K2 as the patented VitaMK-7® and vegan D3 as the patented Vitashine® to assist with calcium absorption.
Free from copper and boron.
Ideal for vegans, and people with dairy-free or low calcium diets and/or lactose intolerance.

Directions for Use
Adults:
Therapeutic dose - 1 teaspoon (5g) in water twice daily.
Maintenance dose - 1 teaspoon (5g) in water daily.
Children 2-12 years:
Therapeutic dose - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) in water twice daily.
Maintenance dose - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) in water daily.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
