- Children 6 months - 3 years: One soft capsule per day. Pierce the soft capsule and squeeze into your child's mouth or onto food.
- Children 4+ years: 1-2 soft capsules per day. The entire capsule is chewable and suitable to be eaten. Or as directed by your health care professional.
